We invite applications from people with a Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting or any related field and with knowledge of the bank account opening/closing process to oversee and coordinate internally the process of document exchange requested by the banks and manage the KYC & Due diligence processes.

Joining our client's finance operations team, you will be preparing and submitting documents and application packages for the opening or closure of corporate bank accounts in Cyprus and foreign banks and EMIs.

The Role

  • Preparing and submitting documents, application package for the opening or closure of corporate bank accounts in Cyprus and foreign banks and EMIs.
  • Oversee and coordinate internally the process of document exchange requested by the banks and manage the yearly KYC & Due diligence processes.
  • Collaboration and chasing relevant departments for the collection of the required information & documents.
  • Updating banks database in-house online system regularly.
  • Preparing documents for the issuance of corporate debit/credit cards
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as directed by management

Qualifications

  • Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting or any related field.
  • Experience in the financial sector with preferable experience in financial institutions relationships.
  • Experience working in a global business environment.
  • Knowledge of the bank account opening/closing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English languages.
