We are looking for an Agile Tester (Front-End) to join our client's Scrum teams in Limassol, Cyprus.  Our client is a subsidiary of a well known German Group of companies, a powerful network of high-tech companies and one of the leading international providers of high-quality systems in the field of communications intelligence.  The Agile Tester (Front-End) will be based in Limassol and will take over the following tasks and responsibilities

The job

As Agile Tester you will participate in the implementation of a real time platform for the analysis, evaluation and processing of mass data. Within your Scrum team, you will:

▪ Make sure together with your colleagues that the delivered product increments meets the high-quality standards

▪ Help to write good user stories and testable acceptance criteria

▪ Provide suitable test ideas and support work on testability

▪ Manually execute tests early, context driven, exploratory and follow your test ideas

▪ Write automated acceptance tests

▪ Know when good is good enough and present results quickly and cus-tomer-oriented

▪ Work on the continuous improvement of Agile Testing processes to-gether with the testers of the other teams.

Your profile

BSc / MSc in the areas of Information Technology related fields

▪ Passionate about software quality

▪ 2+ years of front-end applications testing (functional, GUI, usability)

▪ Prior experience and enjoy working as a team player in an Agile environment

▪ Fast comprehension and understanding of complex software systems

▪ Able to come up with test ideas out of acceptance criteria

▪ Good knowledge and understanding of test automation tools and frameworks, such as: Cucumber, JUnit, Kotlin.JS and Selenium

▪ Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of German language will be considered an advantage.
