Our client provides trading in CFDs by offering reliable platforms for web and mobile with up to 2000 assets – stocks, commodities, forex, etc. 
They are looking to hire an experienced back-office agent to join their back-office team in Tirana with also a possibility for remote work.

As a back-office agent, you will be reporting to the back-office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. 
To ensure success as a back-office agent, you should have previous experience in a relevant position, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. 
Ultimately, a top-class back-office agent works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.

Responsibilities:
•    Gathering and processing data.
•    Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
•    Assisting the Management team.
•    Performing the tasks assigned by the management team.
•    Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat.
•    Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
•    Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
•    Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
•    Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls and responses. 

Requirements:
•    Advantage will be given to those who have a College Degree (can be in the process of finishing college);
•    Previous work experience.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
•    Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
•    Ability to work as part of a team.
•    High-level written and verbal communication skills in English language.
•    Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
•    Familiarity with market research techniques.
•    Possibility for remote work, if evaluation completed.
•    Competitive Salary, depending on the profile.
