Our customer is a fully regulated, leading brokerage specialising in Forex and Crypto markets. Their goal is to create an atmosphere where users can easily carry out their trades in the best way possible. 

If selected, you will join a global team of business developers and you will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy for your own market. The goal is to drive new business growth through developing sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Building, developing and maintaining strong professional business relationships with clients mainly by phone, email, and social networks.
  • Promoting the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner to maintain an adequately high sales conversion ratio as stipulated by the KPIs set by the Company.
  • Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, and affiliates networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs) and ensuring an excellent standard of service.
  • Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and selling the Company’s services.
  • Maintaining a high volume of client contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Providing clients with ongoing updates on the market, investment strategy, positioning and account performance.
  • Providing existing and potential clients with general information regarding the Company’s platform and other services offered.
  • Assisting clients with any platform/trading-related queries.
  • Assisting clients who wish to open or manage a trading account.
  • Providing training to clients on the Company’s products (including webinars) and trading systems.
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering.
  • Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the Company.
  • Identifying business development opportunities for the Company.
  • Liaising with the relevant department in the case where clients have queries on specific issues related to that department and forwarding clients’ complaints to the relevant department.
  • Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, and demonstrate high integrity/meeting the company’s core values. 
  • Providing troubleshooting and support for the basic functions of the trading platform.
  • Post information regarding Company’s products and services to relevant forums.
  • Following the guidelines set by the compliance department according to CySEC requirements.
  • In addition to these duties, the Employee may be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity to meet the needs of the Employer’s business.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in a customer-facing role as a business development officer or manager, sales executive or a relevant role is a plus
  • Proficiency in English + ANY OF THE LANGUAGE ABOVE
  • Acumen to discover and learn about the company’s products
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Previous technical sales experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • A University degree is a plus
  • Full Time, 9-6 PM, Office job
  • 22 days of annual leave 

After completion of the probation period, private medical scheme of the company is available.

This position is available in Limassol, Cyprus.
