What we are looking for

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Hosting & Connectivity to join our dynamic team.  The position is responsible for the growth of this new business arm, independent of the company’s established technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be liaising with management to drive projects and business forward, building partnerships, and external introducers, and identifying business development opportunities for new and existing clients. The BDM must develop a strong understanding of the company's services and client setups. To identify potential needs of the clients, which can be satisfied through their offering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow the company’s client base and revenues from the Hosting & Connectivity offering
  • Develop and explore business opportunities through own network
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  • Develop new business ideas and enhance our offering by working together with the tech teams
  • Identify new business opportunities with the existing clients
  • Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation and product description of our services
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to help the company’s brand building, drive marketing campaigns focused on areas of interest
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the companys Hosting & Connectivity offering


  • 5 years of market experience in a similar business development role is essential
  • Strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize different tasks quickly.
  • Ability to work with a team of technology specialists, and understand and learn how to configure our systems.
  • Ability to interact with clients and peers with a flexible and mature attitude to work.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
