Our customer, a multinational Microsoft Gold Partner involved in digital transformation for hundreds of companies worldwide is currently recruiting an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help them expand their clientele.

You will join a leading team and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive new business growth through developing sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on increasing clientele and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients accompanied by the managing partners
  • Attend events, follow up with leads, book calls/meetings in collaboration with the managing partners and help to present the company’s services
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives (full training provided)
  • Support the preparation of sales agreements ensuring adherence to established rules and company guidelines
  • Provide feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Working experience in a customer-facing role as a business development officer or manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Acumen to discover and learn about the company’s products
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English, any additional language is an advantage
  • Market knowledge and experience in IT is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Previous technical sales experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • University degree, or BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
