Business Development Manager - Limassol

Our client is a regulated ECN Broker with HQ in New Zealand and adds Cyprus as a new addition to its global office network. They offer access to 300+ tradable instruments (Equities, FX, CFDs, Commodities) on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and WebTrader. 

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, self-trading clients, introducing brokers and affiliates to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Develop new relationships or introduce existing client networks in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience, with experience in working towards KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of CFD broker operations and interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an ability to deliver results.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English and second European language
