Our client is a Fintech group mainly involved in: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Trading. 
It is currently launching a new stage of its development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio. 
With branches in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and main offices in Limassol (Cyprus), the company already gathers 70+ people. 

On behalf of this customer, we are currently looking for a Business System Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of software product’s features.

You will thus be at the heart of the company's cross-functional development team. You will participate in the development of the new payment infrastructure, support existing payment solutions and integrate new ones for various countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to collect system information, requirements, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization
  • Collaborate with the Development team, Operations team to ensure all documents are fully understood before converting them into the desired code/systems/technology
  • Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirements, specifications
  • Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality until the launching moment
  • Conduct user acceptance testing
  • Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems
  • Ability to measure and analyze basic business, product, and technical metrics
  • Build basic dashboards, and data analyses
  • Work with other stakeholders to build efficient reports

Requirements:

  • 3 years of IT experience as a Business/Systems analyst (Banking or FinTech industry is preferred)
  • Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications);
  • Knowledge of fundamental aspects of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory and system analysis, as well as basic knowledge in information security
  • Understanding basic concepts of UI/UX
  • Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum framework
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English language skills at upper-intermediate level or above
  • Experience in the financial industry and payment institutions is an advantage
