Our customer is a fully regulated, leading brokerage specialising in Forex and Crypto markets. Their goal is to create an atmosphere where users can easily carry out their trades in the best way possible. 
If selected, you will join a leading team of professionals and you will handle the matters related to compliance, regulations and legislation on behalf of the company.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
  • Ability to deal with all licenses the company holds; CySEC, ASIC and FCA
  • Assist in obtaining new licenses in other jurisdictions
  • Assisting in obtaining an EMI license
  • Researching and providing efficient information on other regulators or any EMI processes and procedures
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the AML/CFT function, including regular monitoring and assessment of the effective implementation of the internal AML/CFT policies and procedures
  • Preparing the training and education material to be sent to the staff of the Company with respect with the AML/CFT function according to the Law
  • Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with the regulations
  • Helping the Head of Compliance with all compliance-related matters

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Degree in Law, Business or any other relevant filed
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer within a CIF Company
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Experience with EMIs is a major advantage
  • Experience with licensing in other jurisdictions is a must
  • Experience with compliance in other offshore jurisdictions and regulators 
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills

  • 22 days of annual leave
