Finance and Reconciliation Officer - Limassol

Our client is one of the most reputable and fast-growing Fin-Tech Companies in Cyprus.

They are seeking to hire a Finance and Reconciliation Officer to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data reconciliation between CRM and digital asset security platform
• Reconcile banks/ PSPs balances with the statements and Client balances with Platform
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances to ensure proper reporting
• Preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly reports related to clients’ balances and Company performance
• Identify weaknesses in current procedure and make recommendations for improvement
• Able to resolve any discrepancies efficiently
• Updating the cashflow balances on a daily basis
• Verifying company expenses paid with budget and bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Support the finance manager with any financial transactions and tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in similar position (fintech industry preferably)
• Eager to learn and develop
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
