Finance Manager - Limassol

A fast-growing Fin-Tec Company, is seeking to hire a Finance Manager to oversee and manage all the financial activities of the Organization.


  • Lead the budgeting process and support all related departments with the necessary budget and forecasting activities
  • Monitor and analyse the accounting departments overall performance to develop more efficient and effective procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure the correctness of the company’s financial statements
  • Monthly preparation of management accounts with justifications of the variances between budget and actual results
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise
  • Ensure all statutory reporting and tax reporting is completed on time and accurately
  • In charge of reconciliation
  • Allocate resources and manage cash flows
  • Conduct profit and cost analyses
  • Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information


  • BA/BSc University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related subject
  • ACCA, ACA or any other relevant professional qualifications will be considered as advantage
  • More than 5 years’ experience in accounting or any other related areas in the Forex and brokerage industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork and leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent command of English while any other language will be of advantage.
