Our client is part of a wider group of companies in the finance sector with HQ in Limassol, Cyprus. They have an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Frontend Web Developer. The company was formed as part of the group in July 2021 and has grown already to 50 employees across marketing, business intelligence and project departments. 

Main Role:

  • Design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications;
  • Follow the company’s software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable and supportable;
  • Investigate issues by reviewing/ debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent;
  • 2+ years of experience in JavaScript and/or React-Redux software development;
  • 2+ years of experience in HTML;
  • Experience in JSON & CSS;
  • Understanding of RESTful services;
  • Experience with agile engineering practices such as SCRUM development, DevOps, CI/CD, Maven;
  • Cross – Browser and Cross – Platform Development experience; 
  • Website Speed and Performance knowledge;
  • Experience with CSS Grids.

  • Leading CMS (WordPress or DNN);

  • UI/UX;
  • Debugging Tools (Firebug, etc).
