We’re looking for a group People Manager with a successful background in providing robust People leadership to a business in rapid growth, within an international organisation, ideally within a group environment. Experience gained within an international environment or within the UK would be desirable. 

This is an opportunity to take the lead in driving the People function to facilitate the business’s ongoing transformation mission, delivering a best-in-class People function.

You will provide People leadership, providing a generalist service to the business across its subsidiaries globally and working closely with the senior management team to deliver the People strategy, organisational goals and objectives, whilst ensuring the integrity of the People service, processes, and communications within the business.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience at the People / HR manager level. 
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent 
  • Degree/Masters in HRM or equivalent Business degree with a People / HR focus. 
  • Proven Talent planning and acquisition experience globally. 
  • Strong communication skills, including the soft skills needed to influence and garner trust from employees and the senior management team;
  • Ability to listen to and interact effectively with clients and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds;
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with collegial and sharing work style;
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and work ethic are needed to thrive on a small team in a challenging frontier market.
  • High professional integrity and sound business judgment when working with colleagues, potential partners and businesses.
  • Assess situations from a supportive HRM perspective, and be able to provide appropriate People advice to support strategic business and operational decisions pertaining to the global workforce.
