Head of Sales, FinTech (Cyprus, UK or Remote) - Limassol

A top, award-winning FinTech provider is seeking a Head of Sales to be instrumental in leading and governing the Global Sales team and Relationship Management team for the sales and marketing of the company's products and services: cutting edge aggregation software, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and high end MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Labels. Our client has been operational for over 10 years and counts over 250 global financial institutions as clients. The position will be based in Cyprus at the company's Limassol office. The company also has offices in Dubai and Shanghai.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to oversee and govern the Global Sales team, Relationship Managers team, and define policies, procedures, KPIs and workflows for sales, and marketing efforts
• The ideal candidate must gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services quickly and be able to convey the business
• Responsible for the corporate website, news releases, media press releases and all client communications
• Driving and planning the global sales and marketing strategy and roadmap, planning campaigns and business partnerships
• Accompanying the sales staff on major client pitches to ensure the correct message, commitment, and delivery is made as well as making an appearance as a senior representative of the business
• Involved in all commercial activities overlapping legal, contractual, compliance and regulatory activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Head of Sales or Head Relationship Manager is essential
• Equivalent or similar proven industry sales experience is essential
