Our client in the innovative tech sector is looking for a skilled HR Officer, who will be working at the intersection of legal HR administration & accounting, and will be the person responsible for the relocation & onboarding of new employees as the company grows to more than 200 employees, as well as maintaining HR systems to make their processes flawless. 


  • Working with current HR systems;
  • Maintaining employees personal records and contract base;
  • Handling relocation and migration processes for foreign employees;
  • Liaising with government institutions and external partners (Tax department, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance etc.);
  • Providing administrative support to employees;
  • Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis.


  • 2+ years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international IT company;
  • Excellent communication skills and neat approach to sensitive information;
  • Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written), Russian as advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law, and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
  • Basic understanding of Cyprus accounting and tax fundamentals will be a big plus;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office;
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
  • Responsibility, proactivity and eye to detail.
