Job brief
Our client is a Fintech group mainly involved in: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Trading. 
It is currently launching a new stage of its development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio. 
With branches in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and main offices in Limassol (Cyprus), the company already gathers 70+ people. 

They are looking for an Institutional Sales Manager / Head of Sales for the company Advanced Payment Solutions (APS).
APS is a technology company that builds financial infrastructure and provides turnkey payment solutions.
This technology is already present in more than 50 countries and it is based on its own developed integrated platform for all business payment types.

Our client is thus searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. If selected, your key goal will be to drive sales of the OTC payments department and obtain new high-net-worth / institutional clients.

Other responsibilities include:
- Client acquisition, sales and onboarding process
- Cross-department interactions with the Legal and Compliance team
- Working closely with the Operations teams
- Reporting to the head of business development
- Institutional Sales Manager functions
- Manage sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding for new / existing clients
- Manage existing sales pipeline
- Increase Sales and Business Development efforts for new high-net-worth / institutional clients
- Participating in international events and exhibitions

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with a 5+ year track record
- Strong knowledge of the financial markets and OTC payment processing (Institutional payments)
- Experience in working with on ramp / off ramp solutions
- Proven track record in establishing strong partnerships with large businesses worldwide
- Microsoft office advanced user
- CRM, Helpdesk and Project management systems advanced user
- Knowledge of Asana, Freshdesk, Jira will be an advantage
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Technical science will be an advantage
- English language proficient level (C1)
- Strong communication skills and ability to express both in speaking and writing
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter.
