This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced working environment of a large international broker with an office in Cyprus. We are looking to hire an insurance executive who will be responsible for corporate accounts in Cyprus, an individual who will be part of a small local team.

Responsibilities include :

  • Servicing multinational clients which are referred through our international network (General liabilities, professional indemnity)
  • Building relationships with company Directors and their officers
  • Servicing local clients (individuals, organisations) - all lines of business are served by the office
  • Increase clientele through personal contacts/capabilities/portfolio

Requirements:

  • We are seeking a Licensed Insurance agent that is based in Cyprus
  • University Degree
  • A personal insurance portfolio will be considered a great advantage

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer
  • Sound understanding of insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulations
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a small team
