Founded in the US in 2018, Our client provides institutional-grade trading technology for the global digital asset market, powering many of the major players in the crypto ecosystem. Their decentralized team of highly-experienced engineers and businesspeople, work together throughout the world with physical hubs in New York, Singapore, Sweden and now in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Our Client operates at the intersection of crypto and capital markets. They build high-performance reactive systems and deliver solutions quickly to keep pace with the changing digital assets space.
As an Integration Engineer, you’ll work with the team to develop a backend trading and settlement platform. Their platform is built from scratch to handle the unique challenges of the digital assets market.

This role includes connecting to liquidity providers, building position management, risk systems, and performance tuning.  They are looking for engineers that can take responsibility for ownership of the full development lifecycle, all the way from product, design, and implementation, to testing, deployment and monitoring.
The core team is made up of software developers that know building great systems takes time, and they spend the required time on non-functional requirements like safety, security, and performance.
They value strong communication skills and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment. Experience building trading systems for financial markets is preferred but not required.


  • Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services, with a focus on connectivity
  • Interface with our client's technical teams during integration
  • Serve as point of contact throughout integration process
  • Improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform
  • Work with the product team and the clients to deliver solutions that support the full trade lifecycle
  • Be part of an open and transparent culture as the team grows


  • Software engineering experience, ideally in Go, C++, C# or Java
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field or experience
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug most integration issues
  • Track record of building and working with complex backend systems
  • Experience in financial technology, with crypto and / or traditional financial know-how a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
