They are seeking to hire a Payments Team Project Manager to join their team in Nicosia.
Report directly to the Team Lead/ Head of Back Office.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding all functionalities of existing and new payment methods including regular cards, e-wallets, and bank transfer solutions
- Perform analysis and propose corrective actions and maximize the company’s performance for all payment solutions (existing and new ones)
- Facilitating road map discussion with payment providers, setting, and achieving business goals
- Managing the onboarding integration projects with operators and their products, based on the solution, regulation, and target markets
- Identifying, handling, and escalating any payment issues at all times
- Control/monitor the payments functionality and provide support for daily payment operations
- Prepare periodical reports suggesting an action plan based on the results.
- New and ongoing due diligence with banks & payment service providers, as well as maintaining business relationships.
- Support the payments operations upon business needs
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader and Company management
Requirements:
- University degree in Math, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- 2-5 years of experience in a Fin-tech
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fluency in English
- Able to work in a team environment, good interpersonal and communication skills
