Our client is an industry leading iGaming service provider and is seeking to hire a Portuguese Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol.

The Company is established for 10 years and Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel and London.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
  • Answering clients’ requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
  • Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Requirements:

  • Able to work 22:00 to 06:00
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • Native Portuguese language proficiency
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
  • European citizenship
