Project Manager, Cyprus - Limassol

Our client, is a well established CySEC regulated investment firm operating in Cyprus since 2010. It provides brokerage services and trading services on Equities, CFDs, FX and Crypto.  They truly believe that their people are their greatest asset, people with the right attitude and competence. They carefully choose their associates and empower them to accomplish productive work toward their customers' satisfaction with the authority, the right tools, and resources. Their team of professionals is expanding and they are looking for a Project Manager to join them in their Limassol, Cyprus office.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to gather and specify requirements for company projects in close collaboration with the Stakeholders
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and/or departments
• Provide objectives, deadlines and milestones, resolve any issues that may arise while a project is underway
• Act as the bridge between different departments, monitor and coordinate different teams until a project is completed
• Ensure that all projects tasks are completed on time and that all major objectives were met
• Perform project evaluations and assessment of results, report to management on project status, milestones and deliverables
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure the successful adoption of business practices

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex/Fintech Industry
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, and Monday.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Jira knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies will be considered an advantage
• Hebrew language will be considered as an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Sales Force will be considered as an advantage.
