Our client is an award-winning Forex Broker established in Cyprus for more than 10 years and they provide services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients.

They are seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Larnaca.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the functionality of the software products (Web and Mobile Apps) for Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process of software specification requirement analysis, testing plans creation, scenarios identification, tests data preparation and tests running to confirm business objectives and meet end-user expectations
  • Communicate testing results to development and product management teams
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product defects and errors reported during testing
  • Review product development specifications and provide valuable input to the deliverables
  • Recommend actions to ensure quality standards are met in the products operation processes
  • Participate in all projects updates meetings and release decisions
  • Provide ongoing support to other departments for products operations
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Information Technology or relevant field will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English – extra language would be considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Able to meet strict deadlines with planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to show great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
