Our client is the leading investor in the hospitality and real estate sector, with a portfolio consisting of luxury hotel complexes and state-of-the-art real estate developments in Cyprus and abroad. The company owns and manages prominent luxury hotels in Cyprus & Greece. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join the team in Limassol and strengthen its Real Estate Department. 

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director of Real Estate Sales and/or the CEO of the Company. The Real Estate Sales Executive’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Putting in place a plan to convert leads (sales funnel management)
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business.
  • Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “sales through service” element.
  • Nurture relationships that connect with existing clients to generate more sales.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Managing communication and sharing best practices among network and own sales team members
  • Going on Business Trips as deemed necessary for developing new channels and networking
  • Reviewing and negotiating lease agreements 
  • Provide ongoing support to and collaboration with all departments of the Group.

Requirements: 

  • Extensive experience in real estate sales 
  • Must have a vision and drive to achieve results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ideal candidate is a holder of a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 
  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential. 
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
