Our client is looking for an experienced Retention agent to join their team in Limassol.
You will be in charge of helping developing the brand by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, 
and training and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

You should be gifted and motivated by closing deals, self-confident, passionate about technology, innovation and business strategy.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new deals for existing clients
Track all client's activities in the CRM and update info regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meets and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with the team manager to optimize the new deals effort

Qualifications:
Knowlegde in marketing, communications or related field of finance
B.A in Business is a plus
2+ years of sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English - Fluent or Near-Native
Additional language is a plus
Working knowledge of CRM systems
