Our client’s Trading Operations Center (TOC) would like to welcome a dynamic and engaged Senior Operations Engineer – Trade Support in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus or LondonUKJoin the TOC team and see yourself working in an established position with its primary objective being to ensure smooth operations and effective L1 and L2 support to the team and B2B clients globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all users’ 1st line, 2nd line, and some 3rd line requests locally and globally
  • Manage, maintain and support MT4, MT5, Prime XM Xcore, OneZero Hub configurations
  • Monitor daily trading activities such as rejections, latency, NOPs, and slippage
  • Monitor trading platform related logs, and identify and resolve any potential issues
  • Conduct end-to-end trade investigations
  • Complete periodic tasks, such as pre-market opening checks
  • Cooperate with Trading and Trade ops to ensure the correctness of the trading flow
  • Manage tickets and requests in a timely manner considering the business sensitivity and urgency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline
  • 5+ years of professional experience, of which minimum 2 years in a busy trade/application support in a 24/5 environment
  • Knowledge of Bridge Providers/FIX Engine, PrimeXM, OneZero
  • Trading Platform/Admin/Manager Experience: MT4, MT5
  • Knowledge of the FX and CFD industry
  • Robust skill level in MS Office
  • Robust skill level in FIX API and FIX protocol
  • Database/SQL query/scripting experience is a plus
  • Equities/Options and Crypto knowledge is a plus
  • Quick learner and eager to grow professionally
  • Good business understanding of trading, liquidity, aggregation and execution
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skillsets
  • Great team player with ability to work unsupervised
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
