Our Client is willing to recruit an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Brokerage activity and business needs, who will be ready to become a part of a highly professional team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you’re also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work, we’d like to meet you. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Financial Markets and FX industry in particular.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the team of designers and developers in order to implement the changes to the Product
• Owning product backlog, collecting and creating product requirements
• Driving a solution set across client and server development teams
• Analysing the progress, reporting and optimizing development performance
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of Forex industry
• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Minimum of 5 years in the IT industry
• Minimum of 3 years experience in as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
