A fast-growing Fin-tech Company, is seeking to hire a Spanish Customer Support officer to join their team in Limassol.
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting all clients via live chats, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all client queries through live chats, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding our services and products offered.
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues with professionalism.
- Maintain and update customer records on the CRM.
- Guide and assist clients on trading platforms.
- Liaise with all departments to resolve client issues within the appropriate timeframes.
- Coordinate with and assist colleagues from other departments according to their needs.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a Customer Support role within the financial industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
- Extra knowledge of any other language will be an advantage (Portuguese, German, Italian, French, etc.).
- Good understanding and experience with financial products (FX, Futures, Cryptos, Stocks) will be an advantage.
- College or university degree.
- Computer literate, good capacity for Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Highly organized, strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure.
- Willing to work morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
- Flexible to work on Cyprus Public holidays on a rotation basis.
- Working Hours 09:00-18:00 (1 hr. lunch break) & 12:00-20:00 / Monday-Friday.
