Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management in order to set up and implement a forward-thinking, best practices recruitment strategy that is based on international recruitment trends
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process to assist the company in employing top talent in a timely and efficient manner
  • Continuously reviewing and developing the recruitment process in order to always be in a position to identify and attract top talented candidates
  • Research and make recommendations on how to develop the company’s employment brand
  • Work closely with the heads of the departments of the company in order to understand their hiring needs, objectives and timelines
  • Prepare relevant job descriptions and advertisements for all open roles
  • Source candidates using various online and offline sources
  • Partner with external recruitment providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to the business 
  • Oversee and manage the interviewing/assessment processes
  • Manage the candidates’ reference checking process
  • Drive the offer management process
  • HR Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for HR functions
  • Ensure that newly recruited employees are trained correctly via the company’s training courses
  • Ensure that quarterly evaluations are conducted by each department
  • Keep track of employee performances

Requirements:

  • University Degree (BSc/MSc in HR, Business, Psychology or related field)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR
  • Experience working in a similar role in a FinTech company will be considered an advantage
  • CIPD qualification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • A team player with a strong drive who is committed to achieving success
  • Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
