Our client is an Atlassian Gold Solution Partner and Atlassian Training Partner. They are seeking to recruit a Technical Consultant in Nicosia to join their innovative team.

This is a remote role that requires for some days per week to work at the client’s premises.

You will support the customer closely throughout the phases of solution assessment, design, implementation, deployment, and the delivery of Atlassian tools.

As a Technical Consultant you will be part of a scrum team, reporting to the team’s Solution Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in all team planning, coordinating and analysis activities (internal analysis meetings, daily stand-ups, project planning, retrospectives)
  • Understands business and customer needs and translates them into technical requirements / product configuration. Undertakes part or whole of the delivery in collaboration with other members of the delivery team
  • Guides, assists, and trains end-users on the use of JIRA/Confluence (on-site support)
  • Works with Nimaworks or/and Atlassian support for defect analysis and solution analysis and implementation (on-site support)
  • Offers 2nd level support to clients, taking over any issues that have been escalated by the support engineers
  • Creates and updates technical and user-facing documentation and standard operating procedures and guides
  • Communicates effectively with clients regarding incidents, questions, and clarifications as necessary
  • Remains up to date on all Nimaworks products, including new features, changes on offerings, etc., and is fluent in describing those, understands how customer needs can be covered.

Requirements:

  • BA in Computer Science/ Business Informatics or related studies
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility for occasional travelling to Greece
  • Strong customer relations skills for client-facing work
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good organizational skills

Would be considered as advantage:

  • Knowledge of Atlassian products as well as agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Experience with IT consulting services.
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks
