Our client is an award-winning Forex Broker established in Cyprus for more than 10 years and they provide services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients.

They are seeking to hire a Trading Platforms Administrator to join their Tech team in Larnaca.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct the configuration of MT4 and MT5 servers
  • Apply configuration changes on the Platform Components
  • Configure and monitor Bridge and LP systems
  • Configure and monitor Hosting machines and External Applications
  • Ensure and maintain full client access to Platform services
  • Manage and maintain Platforms stability
  • Improve and maintain the working order of existing procedures/applications
  • Provide support in the maintenance for the stability of external services such as Web Trader, Mobile Trader, etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues on trading platforms, bridge providers and in-house applications
  • Ensure information security
  • Meet business requirements by gathering information and providing detailed analysis
  • Generate reports that can assist the management of the company
  • Provide necessary support to the Support/Backoffice/Execution Department
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
  • No previous experience required
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge Windows Operating systems
  • Prior experience with MetaTrader Servers will be considered an advantage
  • Sql, PowerShell, SALT and Windows Server knowledge will be considered an advantage
