Our client is a technology company, developing platforms for the sports-betting and gaming industry. Providing services online (mobile & apps) but also in local retail shops all over Africa. Their platform is being used by B2B customers as a wide label to promote their services. The main objective of the company is to deliver the best strategic tools to customers and the ultimate goal is to develop a customer-oriented product offering advance and secure platforms and offers for gaming and sports. The number one priority for the company is to make sure that the customers are playing safely, securely and responsibly with the main aim to help customers find a betting site that is most suited to their needs. 

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.

Role Purpose

  • The VIP Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the VIP base and build positive relationships with new VIP. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • The VIP manager wants to have enough knowledge as a Copywriter to plan campaign content  

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and delivering CRM strategy
  • Write and prepare campaign content (English)
  • Building collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a great understanding of the customer base through insight, segmentation, and data analysis
  • He is responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
  • He will work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Analysing marketing metrics (conversion rates, web analytics etc.)
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders 
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Copywriter knowledge is a must
  • Communication Skills – writing content is very important 
  • Creative Skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and with other
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluent\Mother tongue English
