Job brief
Our client is part of a large group of companies that has set up a new branch for Cyprus market and you will be the first employee. 
As VP, you will be responsible for the market territory of Cyprus to promote the uptake of these products/services to CTOs and founders across any sector on the island. 
The company we represent is looking for an experienced, dedicated VP of Sales to join their team and take on a wide range of responsibilities.

Your goals will be the following:
Identifying target markets, developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
Mid term, the VP will have potential to build his own team. 

The VP of Sales responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding of their market and knowing competitive products. 
You must also be an excellent communicator with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.
Ultimately, you will work with leaders across the company to ensure that the company has its desired impact in the territory of Cyprus. 

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as in a tech sales role or similar role.
Tech sales experience at a mid level – typically 3 years min experience.
Candidate must have tech knowledge and BD experience for this specific role.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.
Training at the company’s headquarters will be provided to gain a strong working knowledge of the company’s reseller products, competitive products and the market opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.

Other benefits:
Attractive base salary reflective for someone with at least 3years+ tech sales experience.
Commission is uncapped on recurring revenue.
